Hi there, I’m Katie. I am a passionate and experienced editor dedicated to helping writers bring their stories to life. Whether you're a debut author or a seasoned writer, I’m here to support you in refining your voice, strengthening your plot, and polishing your manuscript until it shines. There’s nothing more fulfilling than seeing themes, characters, and plots evolve into a compelling story that truly resonates with readers.

My journey began with a love of books and storytelling, which led me to complete a Master of Publishing at the University of Sydney, followed by an internship at Pan Macmillan. I then spent several years as an in-house editor, with a focus on structural editing as I worked across a range of genres.

I have experience in a wide range of fiction and non-fiction genres, with a particular interest in children’s, middle grade, and young adult fiction, as well as memoir, mysteries, and thrillers. I believe that great stories come from all genres, and I’m excited to collaborate with writers who are committed to their craft.
